ARCHITECTURE AND ENVIRONMENT
Over 7 weeks of study, my architectural vocabulary and understanding of green design have grown through lectures and weekly assignments. This module introduced us to the fundamental aspects of climate and how they impact architecture, with the goal of helping students create environmentally conscious and comfortable building designs. We also had an opportunity conducted a case study on a green building, exploring passive design techniques and integrating natural elements to improve energy efficiency.

Today, many modern houses lack natural light, needing artificial lighting and relying on fans and air conditioners for comfort, increasing utility expenses. Therefore, we're tasked with generating solutions that integrate passive design to address daylight and thermal comfort issues.

Despite growing popularity among environmentally-conscious architects and developers, green buildings still don't receive enough recognition for their energy efficiency and health benefits. Hence, in order to raise awareness about their importance in combating climate change, we're create an infographic board showcasing Ganendra Art House.
