ARCHITECTURE AND ENVIRONMENT
Over 7 weeks of study, my architectural vocabulary and understanding of green design have grown through lectures and weekly assignments. This module introduced us to the fundamental aspects of climate and how they impact architecture, with the goal of helping students create environmentally conscious and comfortable building designs. We also had an opportunity conducted a case study on a green building, exploring passive design techniques and integrating natural elements to improve energy efficiency.

This project explores how traditional street 'lexicons' can be understood through architecture, space, and socio-cultural factors.

POSTER- CONTEMPORARY ISSUES IN ASIAN ARCHITECTURE
Students must critically interpret key issues from their site visit and develop an appraisal framework through weekly group discussions. This process leads to proposing solutions, with findings presented as a research poster and seminar presentation.
